Filtering articles in your HelpCenter.io dashboard can be a great way to streamline your workflow and quickly find the content you need. You can filter articles by status, author, and category. Here’s how you can do it:

1. Filtering by Status: To filter articles by their status (draft, published, or pending review), click on the corresponding icon in the top bar on the articles listing page in your dashboard. This will display only the articles that match the selected status.

2. Filtering by Author: If you want to view articles written by a specific author, click on the author icon in the top bar on the articles listing page. This will filter the article list to show only those authored by the selected individual.

3. Filtering by Category: To view articles under a specific category, you need to open the categories management sidebar. If you’re using a mobile device, click on the folder icon and select “Manage Categories.” On a desktop, click on the “Select a category” field. In both cases, this will open the categories management sidebar. Here, you can click on a certain category to show the articles under that category only.
