Go to helpcenter.io/free-migration and click Start your migration.
Under Where does your help center live today?, pick your platform, or Something else if it isn't listed. Click Continue.
Enter your current help center's address under Its address, then answer Roughly how many articles? and In how many languages?
Under Anything we should plan around?, mention a deadline, private articles or a new domain. This one is optional. Click Continue.
Enter Your name and Work email, then click Start my migration.
We review your knowledge base and tell you how long the move will take. Most migrations are done in under a week. If you'd like your new help center to look like your old one, ask for that in your request too. Prefer email? Write to migrate@helpcenter.io.
