Activating your subscription plan

You have decided to keep your help center and continue working on it past your 14 days of trial? That's great. Congrats on your decision and thank you for trusting us. Let's see how you can activate your subscription plan.

First, navigate to your "Billing & Invoices" page. In there, you need to fill in your billing details as well as a valid payment method and click on the "Buy" button.

You may have to wait a few minutes for your subscription to get created. Please, do not close the page while the subscription creation is in progress. In case, everything has been successful, you will see a message in green. Otherwise, please contact us and we'll do our best to quickly solve your issues.

Make sure you correctly enter a valid VAT number, if your company is part of the EU and has one. Otherwise, we'll have to account for 20% VAT on top of your current plan's price.
