You can change the type of your header from the Template Editor of your help center in HelpCenter.io.
Once you are in your help center dashboard, click on the gear icon from the main dashboard menu on the left and choose Customize.
This would open up the Template Editor of your help center where you can customize your header type.
Open the option sidebar by clicking the customize icon in the top toolbar:
In the sidebar that would open on the right, navigate to Header and below Header Style choose the type of header that your prefer for your help center.
