How to enable a contacts form in my help center?

You can enable a contacts form for your help center from "Customize" -> "Contacts", then toggle the "Enable contacts form" option on.

This will add a "Contact Us" button in the header and enable a contacts form that will forward support requests to the email address that you have configure in "Customize" -> "General" -> "Contacts Email".
