Translating content in custom HTML sections

If you'd like to place a custom HTML section on your multilingual help center homepage, you might be wondering how do you provide translations for the content inside of it so it's usable in all languages that you support.

Well, you can easily do this by using placeholder items instead of an actual text inside your custom HTML section. Placeholder items are simple text without any spaces surrounded by curly brackets.

They look like this: {myTranslatableHeading} and as you create such these will immediately appear below the custom HTML editor so you can provide translations of the texts in all your languages as usual.

The placeholders will get automatically substituted in your help center with the texts in your customer's language.
