Enable comments in your help center

You can decide, if you would like to allow visitors to comment on your articles or not.

If you would like to let them, you can enable comments in your help center from the Template Editor. Here is how.

  1. Open the Template Editor in your help center dashboard by clicking the gear icon in the main menu and then selecting Customize:

  2. In the template editor, open the options sidebar by clicking the customize icon in the top toolbar:

  3. In the options sidebar that appears, navigate to Article -> Comments and toggle the Enable comments option on.
