Yes. Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial, and you don't need a credit card.
Sign up at helpcenter.io/app/signup, choose your subdomain, and your help center is ready. The trial includes the features of the plan you pick when you sign up, or of Growth if you don't pick one.
When you're ready, activate a plan in Billing & Invoices. Activating early doesn't cut your trial short. If you don't activate, your help center goes offline when the trial ends, but your content is kept.
