AI Answers: readers ask a question in your search bar or the widget and get an answer written only from your published articles, with its sources.
AI writing help: rewrite, shorten or draft text, and draft meta descriptions and alt text. Nothing changes until you accept it.
AI translation (Catalyst): drafts a translation of an article for you to review and release.
On every plan: readers can add your public help center to their own AI assistant through its MCP server, and AI tools get clean, readable versions of your pages.
On Growth and Catalyst: connect Claude, ChatGPT and other AI agents to write, organize and analyze your help center.
