Yes. On every plan you can serve your help center from your own domain, such as help.yourcompany.com, with a free SSL certificate.
In Settings → Custom domain, enter your domain and click Apply. Then add the CNAME record it shows at your DNS provider, pointing to your helpcenter.io address. Once the record checks out, we issue the certificate automatically, and your helpcenter.io address redirects to your domain.
Use a subdomain like help.yourcompany.com rather than yourcompany.com itself, because the setup relies on a CNAME record.
